Al Hank
Al Hank’s restaurant industry career began in 2005 as an hourly team member with Famous Dave’s. He went on to hold various management roles at the company, including Senior Director of Strategy and Development, Franchise Business Consultant and Senior Vice President of Operations. In 2021, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer at BBQ Holdings.
Hank is responsible for driving the company’s strategic direction, technology roadmap, oversight of marketing initiatives and driving strategic growth. His leadership and expertise have been instrumental in expanding the company’s reach and innovate mindset.
Teresa Rivera
Teresa Rivera began her Village Inn career in 1981 as a server in Colorado. She has held many roles in her 42-year time with Village Inn, including General Manager, Regional Manager and Regional Vice President. She is currently Director of Franchise Operations at BBQ Holdings.
Teresa is responsible for Village Inn Franchise relations, including building rapport with partners and effectively communicating company strategies and goals. Her tenure and depth of knowledge in the Village Inn brand is integral in building and maintaining solid relationships between BBQ Holdings and Franchise Partners.
Matt Linse
Matt Linse brings 20 years of diverse restaurant experience. He started with BBQ Holdings as an Area Director, before transitioning to Director of Operations for the Village Inn Brand.
Matt oversees all corporate locations and is responsible for new restaurant development, management of financial performances, budgeting, store-level development, as well as franchise relations.
